Kindly read these Terms and Conditions prior to start using our App. By use or access of Lincsme you are agreeing to accept and bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use the services.

1. Introduction

Lincsme is designed to become an online platform that allows users to create, manage, and share their business cards or contact information on the move. Our mission is to make networking and business connections easier with top technology.

2. Eligibility

By using Lincsme, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, and are of the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By using our services, you hereby warrant that under no jurisdiction's law are you under 18 years of age without the consent of a parent or legal guardian concerning these Terms.

3. Account Registration

Some of the features in Lincsme are only accessible through creating an account. It is your obligation to ensure that information required in the account is current, complete and accurate. You are also responsible to keep the confidentiality of account information. You are entirely responsible for any use of your account and any unauthorized use. In no event shall Intellolinks Innovation Private Limited be liable for any loss or damage arising from failure to follow any or all of the above points.

4. Use of Services

Use Allowed: You have a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Lincsme for personal or professional purposes.

Prohibited Conduct: You will not carry out any of the following activities:

• Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that commercially uses the Application without authorization.
• Access, or attempt to break-in on our services in different ways.
• Impersonation of any person or misrepresentation of identity.

5. User Generated Content

You may have the opportunity to post, upload, or otherwise make available content to the Site, including business card details, photographs or other personal information ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant to Intellolinks Innovation Private Limited a world-wide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt and display in connection with the services.

Content Liability: When you avail of the Website, you shall be responsible for the User Content granted by you, and make sure this User Content is legitimate and does not infringe on any copyright. No such User Content is endorsed by Intellolinks Innovation Private Limited, nor any liability shall be claimed.

6. Privacy and Data Security

Your privacy is important to us. A Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. The use of Lincsme automatically entails your consent to the collection and use of information under this policy. Industry-standard security measures protect your data; however, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in and to the Lincsme, including but not limited to software, design, text, images, and trademarks, are owned by Intellolinks Innovation Private Limited or its licensors. You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the services or the included software.

8. Subscription and Payment Terms

Some of the services under Lincsme are subscription and/or payment based.

• Billing: You will be billed in advance on a pre-pay basis on the recurring cycle. Monthly subscriptions end at the end of the billing cycle. Prices can be changed with prior notice.
• Termination: You have the right to cancel Your subscription at any time. The paid services or features are available to you until the end of a given billing cycle.

9. Links and Services of Third Parties

Lincsme may at times contain or comprise references or links to other sites that are not managed or controlled by Intellolinks Innovation Private Limited. We do not manage or control sites of this nature, and thus we take no responsibility for a third party website, any use, or any consequences of such use.

10. Termination and Suspension

Termination by User: You can stop using the Services at any time or close your account through the means furnished in the application or by contacting customer support at Support@Lincsme.com.

Termination by Us: We may suspend or terminate your use of Lincsme at our discretion, without reason and liability, but particularly for breakage of these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Lincsme shall make no warranty of any kind, express or implied, on Lincsme or its availability or operation. Lincsme makes no warranty that:

• The service will meet users' requirements or operate under their expectations.
• The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

The liability of Intellolinks Innovation Private Limited, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be in excess of the lesser of either the amount of transaction value paid by you for the Services rendered through Lincsme or ₹10,000. In no event shall Intellolinks Innovation Private Limited be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Intellolinks Innovation Private Limited, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including legal fees) in relation to or in connection with: use of Lincsme, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Terms will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts situated in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Intellolinks Innovation Private Limited may, without prior notice, revise or change these Terms at any time. We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document to reflect material changes. Your continued use of Lincsme following any such change constitutes your consent to the new Terms.

15. Severability

Should any provision in these Terms become determined as invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions in these terms shall remain in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

The Terms, Privacy Policy, and any other legal notices or agreements shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Intellolinks Innovation Private Limited relating to Lincsme, and it shall govern all other agreements, whether oral or written.
